The Developing Others course is an in-depth exploration of how leaders reduce grind and create meaningful work environments that develop teams to be self-correcting and self-managing.  They also engage in grind reduction projects.

Your trained champions conduct a structured follow-up audit to assure that implementation of the program is on track and delivered properly. Any shortfalls in program deliverables are met with an action plan to bring them back on track.
